Children and Young People

Kids come first to us, and that is why we offer a wide range of services on the Isle of Man designed to meet their needs. From birth to aged 18 and beyond, we are currently working with over 500 children and young people each week, in locations across the Island.

In the early years our Nursery provides excellence in childcare for children from birth to five years.

Our After School Club, Holiday Club and Out2Play offer real play for children aged four to eleven, with our professional Playwork team constantly striving to develop further play opportunities.

Parties for todlers through to teenagers are available at the Philip Christian Centre in Peel, alongside a host of Youth Projects.

Young people in the South of the Island can receive educational support through our Education Provision in the Community, whilst Mobex provides experiential learning, though the use of adventurous and creative activities.

Many young people are fortunate enough to have good family support, but for those that don't, making the transition to adult life and independence can be a struggle. We provide support to young people and their families through our Outreach and Youth Justice teams. For children and young people who are no longer able to live with their birth parents we provide Residential Care and Fostering services in partnership with Social Services.

Through offering these initiatives and services we aim to enable all children and young people in the Isle of Man to realise their full potential for the future.
